How much you wanna bet that the homeowner doesn't face anything except maybe a video posted on OSA about how you're guaranteed to go to prison if you shoot somebody.
You don't know it is a BB gun from several feet away or in low light. Intruder pulled a weapon, homeowner shot him. Justified, " This Is Sparta"
Sounds like the homeowner was justified. Hopefully, the DA sees it that way.
Just be glad he used a gun instead of a knife since the da might be a little biased in that scenario!

When people really get tired of these monsters...they will have accidents , hopefully fatal or be run out of town like the scum they are...
A slow day for the homeless today in downtown.
There were days this summer where there were 4 times this many on this corner.

More and more homeless destroying downtown Tulsa.
The very best thing the city can do is a create a hostile environment towards homeless encampments and encroachment. It doesn't totally eradicate the problem but it will cause them to go to areas which are more lax and yes the homeless are highly mobile . Moving state to state with the weather and who is giving out the best payola in social programs.
