You should contact the local Pepsi or Coke people and I'll bet you can get the pop donated since it's for charity. Sams will probably donate the meat and buns too. Has anyone asked? They do that stuff for charity all the time.

Not enough time to get a charitable donation from Sams, I deal with them during the united way fundraiser drive it's 4~6 weeks for them to process a charitable donation request.

Hot dogs are 80 to a case, brats 14 to a box ech package of buns is 16 buns, tell me how many servings you want to provide?

If you just want 1 case of hot dogs and 5 packages of buns just say so and I have it covered and you don't need to worry.

how many fat guys are going to be there?I know if Stan is hoping for 100 people then there should be enough for 3 dogs per person minimum.I have seen most of the FGST eat and 3 puny little dogs isn't nearly enough.i guess what I'm saying is better have a chit load of food or none.
