Did finally outlaw them?
I know they still them and the braces, we’ll never stopped.

Nothings been done yet. Still trying, may have been waiting on brace ruling before doing anything. One poker in fire at the time is my guess. Courts issued a stay and said they overstepped, so we’ll see if they focus on the appeal or move on to ghost guns. Not likely to go after owners or 3D printers, more likely to go after mfr’s of blanks and jigs

ATF got told they cannot or have jurisdiction
to make laws. They got slapped around a little.

Yep... Two BIG rulings in the last two days. The "pistol brace" rule was enjoined in it's entirety on a nationwide basis as was the "frames and receivers" rule. Both are dead for now.

What makes me question this ruling is everything that the ATF has ever made “illegal or rules” against should be struck down.
