I would be more worried about reciprocity and if you have one in your vehicle and are just passing through.
Does it have to be in the original packaging or maybe locked in the trunk?

I was at a restaurant in San Diego last week and straws were "on request", many folks carry their own metal straw with them, I told Jen that the metal straw could double for their coke habit and got a really nasty look from the old lady sitting next to us....lol

There's many solutions out there CA's "drinking straw pollution" problems, but like any good bunch of Leftist, they won't cough up an extra penny per straw. No, they just want to bellyache, moan, groan and be little drama queens as long as people will give them attention..

Being Anti-(insert created nonexistent problem here) is the Hip thing to do in CA.
