Swamp Rats in OK?

This morning about 5:00am I swear I saw a swamp rat, or nutria, walking down the middle of the gravel road. I tried to get my phone to take a pic but he got off in the tall grass before I could get it together.

It was about the size of a large possum, rat-like tail and blunt nose. Couldn't see the teeth.

Anyone else seen any of these?
