My number goal is 180ish. I'm going to continue eating the proper amount of food and riding my bike and the scale will say what the scale says.
The BMI scale is pretty unreal for tall people.
No kidding, I've lost 70+lbs and I'm still not near it.
I just want to feel better, which I do.
I figure another 20-30 lbs. should do.
BMI can kiss my plump butt.
