School function at state fair grounds

I work for OKC public schools and there is a "professional development" day happening at the fair grounds on Monday. Near as the multiple threads I looked can tell, it is legal to carry at the grounds. Is it legal to carry at the grounds while attending a public school event if there are no kids/ class?

Is it a gubermint agency open to do biz w/ the public, is it on school grounds used for education, is it a meeting of any elected officials, school board members, etc?
If not, I'd say yes. It's legal.

yes was the direction I was leaning toward as well, but figured I should get some input to be on the safe side.
