Sunday I had taken 2lbs of ground chuck out of the deepfreez and put in the fridge for goulash on Tuesday night. Then last night the wife decided to take her daughter and go to her parents house in Tulsa so she could be close to work today and left my son with me. Now we have 2lbs of ground meat to eat so we're gonna make us a couple of one pound hamburger steaks,home fries and a big salad.
