My daughter is at her place a couple blocks south of the VV Oval, said LE everywhere. That oval is a block west of the football stadium.

As of 10:07, KOCO is pushing strongly that it's a hoax, judging by zero first hand accounts and zero rushing away ambulances. Hope theyre right.
"No confirmation of any shooting has taken place. No confirmation of any victims. No confirmation of any shots being fired. We only have confirmation of 'reports'."

Also the phrase "you can see this trooper right here has one of his heavy, tactical weapons out." was just said live on tv by reporter Zach Rael
