Wife is just besides herself with anger right now, she was almost fired when she worked at SF South for having a leatherman at work. Daughter is so tired of the crap she is looking for an ankle holster.
So far all of their friends at St. Francis are ok. Just thankful that they both are ok and work at different hospitals now.

The media won't report on suicides, especially those that choose to jump off high overpasses. Why? They don't want to create copycat jumpers. So why don't they remain quiet about shootings???? Because they want to create more shootings so guns will be banned.

My daughter left there 30 minutes before it went down. She's a flight nurse out of OU Children's in OKC. It's getting a little too close to home.

Threats & assaults against hospital staff have been more frequent over the past few years-mostly from families & visitors, but sometimes from patients. We’ve had a bigger security presence lately. Anticipate it will be even more evident after incidents like this. Glad retirement is almost here.

One last comment about the local news coverage. The News on 6 is the only station that is reporting the casualty count as four innocents and the shooter. All the other stations are reporting it as five deaths. Once again, KOTV-6 stands head and shoulders above the others.

This truly does hit close to home, my aunt was murdered in Vinita a little over 20 years ago. Working someone else's shift at the hospital. Man walked up to her at random off the street and shot her in the head . This really is a horrible thing these families are going through. Many many prayers being prayed.
